Desde que murió su marido, Luisa no logra rearmar su vida. Pero cuando un hombre desconocido, irrumpe en su vida con inesperada vehemencia y le propone reconstruir todo, Luisa debe enfrentar un proceso de duelo que fue sistemáticamente omitido hasta el momento. El vendaval de energía que el candidato trae consigo, quizás oculta algunos signos de alarma sobre su carácter, y la posibilidad de recomponer la familia se empieza a confundir con una ansiedad poderosa que arrasa con todo lo que se interpone a su paso.
La Luz Incidente es un relato sobre el errático inicio de una relación y la necesidad imperiosa de una primera luz que suceda a la oscuridad.

Since the accident Luisa has not been able to put her life back together. But when a seductive stranger comes into her life and forcefully proposes starting over, Luisa is confronted with the grieving process she had previously done everything to avoid. The new man’s overwhelming energy may be hiding warning signs about his character and the possibility of rebuilding a family starts to blur with a powerful anxiety that overcomes everything and everyone in its path.

Argentinien in den 1960er Jahren. Luisa hat bei einem Autounfall ihren Mann und ihren Bruder verloren und muss sich nun allein um die Zwillinge kümmern. Ihre Mutter unterstützt sie so gut sie kann, doch die Frauen sind sich einig, dass die Kinder eine richtige Familie brauchen. Als der charmante Ernesto in ihr Leben tritt, fühlt sich Luisa sofort zu dem älteren Verehrer hingezogen, der ihr bald einen Heiratsantrag macht. Luisa leidet noch unter dem Verlust ihres Mannes und versucht ihren Töchter Geborgenheit zu bieten. Sie stellt Ernestos Ansinnen gar nicht erst in Frage. Aber was verbirgt er? In brillanten Schwarzweißbildern erzählt das Drama vom Dilemma einer alleinerziehenden Frau und legt die innere Mechanik einer Familie frei.
